At AquaCore Lebanon, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges after an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

All products purchased through AquaCore Lebanon are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered.

Please carefully review your product selection, size, color, accessories, and personalization details before completing your order. At AquaCore Lebanon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In case of a defected product, please contact us at info@aquacorelb.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping or return costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@aquacorelb.com as soon as possible, preferably with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
